Srinagar: The Patiala House Court in Delhi has granted bail to Member of Parliament Abdul Rashid Sheikh, also known as Er. Rashid, on Tuesday.
According to ANI, the special NIA court in Delhi granted interim bail to MP Rashid Engineer in relation to an alleged militant funding case.
The court's decision grants him bail until October 2, 2024.
This bail allows him to participate in campaigning for the upcoming Jammu and Kashmir assembly elections.
