In the latest forecast, meteorologist Sonam Lotu predicts that rain and snowfall are expected to persist across many areas of Jammu And Kashmir and scattered regions of Ladakh until the morning of the 16th. There's a possibility of increased rainfall later today or tonight in J&K.
However, there's some relief in sight as gradual improvement in weather conditions is anticipated from the afternoon of the 16th. Moreover, the 17th and 18th are expected to be mainly dry.
