IGNOU Re-registration for January 2025 Session Now Open


 

New Delhi, December 4, 2024: The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), accredited with NAAC A++ grade, has officially opened its Re-registration Portal for the January 2025 session. Students can submit their re-registration forms for the next year or semester, with the deadline set for January 31, 2025.


Key Details for Re-registration:


Who can apply: Both Indian and international students currently enrolled at IGNOU.


Process:


1. New Registration: Students must register on the portal by providing a valid mobile number and email ID.


2. Course Selection: Choose courses carefully based on the programme guide.


3. Payment: Online payments can be made via credit/debit card, net banking, or UPI (BHIM App).



Important Instructions:


1. Account Assistance: Students facing issues with registration, OTPs, or password recovery should contact their regional centres.


2. Secure Transactions: Use personal payment methods and avoid sharing sensitive information.


3. Avoid Last-Minute Rush: Submit re-registration forms well before the deadline to avoid system overload.


4. Payment Errors: If online payments don't reflect immediately, wait for 24 hours before attempting again. Double payments will be refunded.
