Srinagar, October 4, 2024 – The Directorate of Admissions & Competitive Examinations at the University of Kashmir has opened online applications for Postgraduate (PG) programmes in distance mode for the 2024 session. The University, accredited with an NAAC Grade "A+", invites eligible candidates to apply for various courses through the Centre for Distance and Online Education.
Programmes available for admission include:
- M.Com
- MA Economics
- MA Education
- MA English
- MA/M.Sc Mathematics
- MA Urdu
- MA Kashmiri
Candidates who have completed their qualifying exams under the Choice Based Credit System (CBCS) and earned at least 24 credits in core or generic elective courses at the undergraduate level are eligible to apply. Graduates before the CBCS implementation are also eligible, provided they pursue the PG programme in the same subjects as their graduation.

- Deadline for submission: October 10, 2024
Candidates must submit their applications online and ensure their Aadhaar number is linked to their cell phone. Detailed instructions for submission and fee payment are provided on the University’s official website.
