With approval from the Competent Authority, Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has announced an extension of the last date for fresh admissions for the July 2024 session. Students now have until 15th October 2024 to apply for various programmes offered through Open and Distance Learning (ODL) and online modes. This extension applies to all programmes except for Semester-based and Certificate programmes.
This extension offers aspiring students additional time to enroll in IGNOU's wide range of undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, and other courses. The university encourages all interested candidates to take advantage of this extended timeline to secure their seats for the academic year 2024.
