– In light of the upcoming General Election to the J&K Legislative Assembly 2024, the Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has revised the examination dates for the Class 11th Annual Private/Bi-Annual 2024 exams. The exams, initially scheduled for September 17, 19, and 24, 2024, have been rescheduled as per the new notification issued by JKBOSE.
Revised Examination Dates:
1. Subjects: Chemistry, Arabic, Persian, Sanskrit, Economics, and Entrepreneurship
- Original Date: September 17, 2024 (Tuesday)
- New Date: September 27, 2024 (Friday)
2. Subjects: Computer Science, Information Practices, Environmental Science, Functional English Physical Education, Islamic Studies, Vedic Studies, Buddhist Studies, Travel, Tourism, and Hotel Management, English Literature, Food Technology, Electronics
- Original Date: September 19, 2024 (Thursday)
- New Date: October 3, 2024 (Thursday)
3. Subjects: Geology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Urdu, Hindi, Kashmiri, Dogri, Punjabi, Bhotia, Family Health Care, and Prevention
- Original Date: September 24, 2024 (Tuesday)
- New Date: September 29, 2024 (Sunday)
The venue and time of the examinations remain unchanged. This decision was taken to accommodate the smooth conduct of the J&K Legislative Assembly elections. Students are advised to take note of the revised schedule and prepare accordingly.
