Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has announced the dates and details for the submission of the online examination form for the Term-End Examination (TEE) December 2024. This is applicable for both ODL (Open and Distance Learning) and IOP (Online Program) students.
Important Dates:
- Phase I: Students admitted up until the December 2022 admission cycle can submit their forms from 9th September 2024 to 15th October 2024 (up to 6 PM).
- Phase II: Students who miss the initial deadline can submit their forms from 16th October 2024 to 31st October 2024(up to 6 PM), but they will be required to pay a late fee.
Fee Structure:
- For students admitted till December 2022:
- Rs. 200 per theory or practical/lab course.
- For students from the January 2023 admission cycle onwards:
- Examination fee: Rs. 200 per theory course.
- Practical/Project fees vary:
- Up to 4-credit courses: Rs. 300.
- Above 4-credit courses: Rs. 500.
Late Fee:
- Rs. 200 per course along with a late fee of Rs. 1,100 for submissions made between 16th October 2024 and 31st October 2024.
Allotment of Exam Centre:
- The university will strive to accommodate students at their chosen examination centre. However, if the seating capacity is full, students may be directed to the nearest available centre under the same regional jurisdiction.
Final Deadline:
- The last date to apply online without a late fee is 15th October 2024, 6:00 PM.
Students are advised to complete their submissions early to avoid any inconvenience or additional fees.
