The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has extended the registration deadline for new Open and Distance Learning (ODL) and online program admissions to July 2024. Initially set for June 30, the new deadline for online applications is now July 31. This extension was announced on IGNOU's official social media channel, X (formerly Twitter). Prospective students can apply for the new ODL and online courses by visiting ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in.

Applicants for the Online or Open and Distance Learning programs need to upload scanned copies of the following:
- Photograph
- Signature
- Educational qualification certificates
- Category certificate (if applicable)
Eligibility Criteria for IGNOU July Admissions 2024:
The eligibility requirements are as follows:
- Undergraduate Programs: Completion of class 12 with at least 50% from all recognized educational board.
- Postgraduate Programs: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from a recognized university with at least 50%.
- Diploma or Certificate Programs: Completion of class 12 from a recognized board.
- Admission to all courses, except for PhD, BEd, and PBScN, will be based on a merit list.

Application Fee for IGNOU July Admissions 2024:
All applicants for UG, PG, or Diploma programs must pay a registration fee of Rs. 300. According to IGNOU's official notification, if a cancellation request is made after admission confirmation, 15% of the program fee (up to Rs. 2000) will be deducted from the fee paid.
