In a significant move towards fostering innovation and entrepreneurship in Jammu and Kashmir, the Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology (SKUAST-K) is establishing the SKUAST-K Innovation, Incubation & Entrepreneurship Centre (SKIIE). This center aims to transform novel ideas into commercially viable products and offer essential services for patenting and commercialization.

1. Chief Executive Officer
- Pay Level: RL-10 (₹56,100 - ₹1,77,500)

Eligibility Criteria
Chief Executive Officer
- Essential Qualification: Master’s degree in Agricultural Business Management, Entrepreneurship, Business Management, or International Marketing with at least 55% marks.
- Experience: 6 years in relevant fields, including 2 years in start-up/innovation/entrepreneurship domains.
- Desirable: Experience in business development, certified in design thinking, and proficiency in developing business models.
Incubation Manager
- Essential Qualification: MBA in Marketing, Agricultural Business Management, Hospital Business Management, Industrial Management, or equivalent with at least 55% marks.
- Experience: 4 years in business management or incubation.
- Desirable: Skills in building relationships with start-ups, managing incubation programs, and providing advisory support.
