The High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh has released an advertisement notice inviting online applications for various non-gazetted posts. The recruitment drive is set to commence on 15th May 2024, with the application portal opening on the official High Court website.

Eligible candidates, who are domiciles of the UT of Jammu and Kashmir or residents of UT of Ladakh for at least 15 years, can apply for positions such as Senior Scale Stenographers, Junior Scale Stenographers, Steno-Typists, Chief Librarian, Librarian, Library Assistant, and Translator. The age limit for open merit candidates is 40 years, with relaxations applicable for various reserved categories.
The recruitment process aims to fill positions across different pay levels, with salaries ranging from Rs. 19,900 to Rs. 142,400. Candidates interested in multiple posts must apply separately for each position.
The High Court emphasizes that the application process is entirely online, and no physical forms or fee receipts should be submitted at this stage. The reservation for various categories will be determined as per the provisions of S.O. 127 dated 20.04.2020.
