The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially opened the online portal for the submission of applications for the UGC-NET June 2024 examination. This examination, conducted on behalf of the University Grants Commission (UGC), is pivotal for Indian nationals aspiring for Junior Research Fellowship, Assistant Professorship, and admission to Ph.D. programs across various universities and colleges in India.

- Submission Period: Applicants can submit their online application forms from April 20th, 2024, to May 10th, 2024, until 11:50 PM.
- Examination Fee Deadline: The last date for the submission of examination fees via Credit Card/ Debit Card/Net Banking /UPI is from May 11th, 2024, to May 12th, 2024, until 11:50 PM.
- Correction Window: Candidates will have the opportunity to make corrections in their application details from May 13th, 2024, to May 15th, 2024, until 11:50 PM.
- Date of Examination: The UGC-NET June 2024 examination is scheduled to be held on June 16th, 2024.
- Application Fee: The fee varies according to the category of the applicant, ranging from Rs. 1150/- for General/Unreserved candidates to Rs. 325/- for SC/ST/PwD candidates.

- Only one application per candidate is permitted. Multiple applications will result in strict action.
