In a recent public notice, the National Testing Agency (NTA) under the Ministry of Education has unveiled the schedule for the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) for the year 2024. The CUET (UG) – 2024 will be conducted in a hybrid mode, combining Computer-Based Test (CBT) and Pen & Paper format, catering to approximately 13.48 lakh candidates across 380 cities, including 26 cities outside India.
Scheduled between May 15 and May 24, 2024, the CUET (UG) – 2024 aims to facilitate admissions into Undergraduate Programs in Central Universities under the Ministry of Education, along with other participating Universities, Institutions, Organizations, and Autonomous Colleges.
With 63 test papers offered, the examination duration varies from 45 minutes to 60 minutes, depending on the subject. To ensure equal opportunities, test papers favored by the majority will be conducted in Pen & Paper mode, while the remaining papers will be administered in CBT mode.
