Employee Performance Monitoring System (EPMS) implemented in Jammu and Kashmir
The Government of Jammu and Kashmir has introduced Employee Performance Monitoring System (EPMS) to ensure systematic evaluation of the efforts put forth by employees across different government departments,organizations and public sector undertakings.The EPMS aims to record accomplishments and tasks completed by employees, offering a platform for self-assessment that aids in enhancing performance monitoring and streamlining human resource management practices.
Key Highlights:

Quarterly Assessment: Employees will submit self-assessment reports on a quarterly basis.
Controlling Officers' Review: Controlling officers will review these reports within specified timelines.
Enhancing Efficiency: The EPMS serves as a tool for reporting and enhances performance monitoring.

Additional Instructions:
- The quarterly EPM report shall only be submitted by the employees working in Pay Level-6 and above. Employees working in Pay Level-5 and below are exempted from filing self-assessment reports on EPMS.
All concerned employees and Reviewing/Controlling officers have instructed to take note of these instructions for compliance.
This initiative is a significant step toward efficient workforce management and accountability.
