Technician Grade I Signal:
- Possession of a BE, B.Tech, Engineering Diploma, or B.Sc Engineering Degree.
Technician Grade III:
- Completion of Matriculation/SSLC along with an ITI from an institution recognized by NCVT/SCVT in the trades that are pertinent. OR Completed of Matriculation/SSLC with a Course Completed Act Apprenticeship in the trades that are pertinent.
