In response to directives received from the Joint Chief Electoral Officer, UT of J&K, Jammu, regarding the scheduling of Lok Sabha Election 2024 to avoid clashes with examination dates, the Jammu and Kashmir State Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has announced the rescheduling of certain examinations.
The Class 11th Annual Regular 2024 examinations for Soft Zone Areas and the Annual Regular 2024 examinations for Classes 10th, 11th, and 12th in Hard Zone Areas have been rescheduled.
Additionally, considering the National Testing Agency's conduct of the Joint Entrance Examination (Main) 2024, session 2, from April 4 to April 15, 2024, and numerous representations from students, the board has taken this decision.
Henceforth, the examinations for the aforementioned classes will be held on rescheduled dates in two sessions, morning and evening shifts. The previously issued date sheets for these examinations stand cancelled.

Please refer to the attached revised date sheets (Annexures A, B, C, and D) for further details. All concerned stakeholders are urged to take note of these changes and make necessary adjustments accordingly.
